Very Disappointing...

<p>I have a beneift for sub-acute in the amount of R14200.00, i had recently utalised this benefit and was assured by bonitas clincal department that my benefit allowed R14200 i did communicate this to the service provider, upon receiving my benit statement i noticed part of my claim came off my saving when i questioned bonitas they said its part of scheme rules, this is so dissapointing they have only paid out part of this benefit from my sub acute benefit and part from my saving .</p>
