Unprofessional behavior

I was called by Kabelo who was calling me in connection with the review I wrote on the 8 February and she is not professional Not emphatic and has no good listening skills when I was explaining myself she became defensive and raised her voice and when I said she must not raised her voice she said she was going to drop the phone and indeed she dropped the phone
