********* and lies that medscheme promises

It has been months that i have been complaining about the treatment i receive at medschem afrocentrichealth regarding the money that was ******** that sanlam paid me regarding my disability. Everytime i write about them on this platform they act as if they are aattending to the matter. They will send a response to say they are investigating and will get back to me which they neverdo. Not even a courtesy e-mail. They lie on this platform as if tgey are doing something. If i as an employee did something they wouldd have not even spend a week without taking me for a disciplinary action. Why is it taking them months to investigate. They act as if they careat face value but they don't.how can someone that is on disability and was not receing any salary for over 8 months because the was a waiting be period that when it was over and sanlam paid and back paid for all those months not receive that back pay. This is fowl play that medschem is involved in. Sanlam paid my salary into medscheme account but till date i have not received it nor any explanation As what happened to tgat back pay.imagine staying for months incurring debts, unable to provide for your family, suffering from a mental illness and being in and out off hospital and they do this .They are all ******* from the higher rank to the lowest rank. To be honest Sanlam act as swiftly as possible when the is acomplain that i raise and they sort it out. Credit must be given where it is due. how does medscheme believe in their own motto of their employees well being is important to them when they don't practice it. I am tired of them promising but don't deliver
