The worst service

Medscheme administers GEMS and I must add their service is putrid to say the least. I had a 3 month general waiting period which expired long ago. In September last year I fell and fractured my finger, went to Garden City she the dr and had xrays done also filled out and injury report as required. Due to getting the run around from Medscheme pre auth staff I have to go tomorrow for my OP and guess what. The idiots are refusing saying I have a waiting period. WHAT WAITING PERIOD FOR AN INJURY THAT TOOK PLACE WHILST BEING ON THE SCHEME. I am ****ed off as these idiots aren't the ones on pain and sitting with a fracture
