Terrible horrible service

About two weeks ago my application forms together with my I'd copy and those of my defendants were sent through to Medscheme. It took medscheme 2 weeks to process my application and once they did onlymto find out that they've omitted my dependants on the medical aid and now I have to resend the same documents and wait for a week before they can be process. All this means that my dependants will not be cover for 3 weeks. This change my perception about Medscheme...I would never recommend it to any of my friends or family.
