Terrible customer service
The customer service is poor. They don't want to help you. Your call waiting time is over 10 minutes when they answer they are already annoyed and can't wait long enough to hang up without assisting. Some answer and hang up immediately withouteven speaking. Imagine after holding for so long . No assistance it's bad.
