Terri le service polmed medscheme medical aid

Since posting this about polmed MR ANIL RATHEEPAUL, they have automatically released some chronic medication for my condition.Polmed is basically holding back our funds . They are depriving members like me OUR basics human rights for MEDICAL CARE. Polmed has this excuse that the medication is not in their basket of medicines therefore it comes out of the acute benefits. Polmed does not give the members , doctors or the pharmacies the chronic list of medicines that fall in their basket. What they do is conveniently approve your chronic medicine and when it's not in the basket the use up your acute benefits.Polmed does not refer back to the meme er and inform the member you need to use the alternate medicine from their basket and they don't tell you the medicine in their basket . Polmed refused me soany times to give the list of medicine in their basket for my chronic medication which can be paid from the chronic benefit.What polmed is doing is unconstitutional and violation of members rights to fair medical care and information . Polmed have attacked doctors Nd pharmacies without ******** cases and now those doctors and pharmacies have litigation against polmed. I want polmed to prove me wrong. If they do I will shut up. Polmed usingemebers benefits for litigation I am at a point now where I am gonna hand this to my attorney as polmeds semantics and tricks not pay members from right benefits need to be exposed. They are nothing but poor administrator s with a bad history of bulleting people pharmacies doctors and now members to do what they are told. This is my final post of terrible service from polmed I am now handing this to my attorneys .
