Stay away from Medscheme life they are ********.

My brother passed away on the 25 of August 2020, knowing that i have took out a funeral policy for him with Medscheme life aka Safrican membership from 2014, i did not have worries. I then compile the necessary documents and emailed them to claim. To my surprise the email address does not exist and customer care line goes straight to the answer machine. Two days later i managed to contact the lady who sold me the funeral policy. She then traced their email address which she thought was active. I submitted the documents and received a message response stating that i will get a response within 48hours. I borrowed money from friends to prepare the funeral. We waited and waited. I have now submitted the documents three times and still nothing from Medscheme life aka Safrican membership. The trauma of losing a love one and experience this, it's so horrific.i never missed a payment which is debited from my account every month since 2014. Medscheme life aka Safrican membership are ******** stay away from the name Medscheme life aka Safrican. Can someone out there please help me i don't know where they are located.
