I have had it with the medical aid, this has been going on since December. I have numerous reference numbers. I was advice the claim for Dr Capon will be paid in full. I had to pay the Dr R6234.58 how do I become liable for a short payment on an unscheduled operation? After numerous calls etc I was advised payment will be made to Dr Capon I receive a call from Dr Capon office and the medical aid only paid R3227.86 so where is the rest to make up for the R6234.58?
