Service Excellence from Solakhe
A special thank you to Solakhe Nobamba. As someone who works in the service industry, I can confidently say that Solakhe really went above and beyond his call of duty and the experience was absolutely phenomenal when dealing with him. He kept me abreast of new developments on my request and has really displayed the epitome of excellent customer service.
