SAVINGS REFUND

Hi, I am VERY VERY VERY ANGRY at the service im getting for my SAVINGS REFUND,ITS BEEN 7 MONTHS, 7 MONTHS OF LIES AND LIES i was told my refund would be done in May, I sent all relevant documents and forms, but nothing, its been 7 months already, and my claim is still sitting at Finance department, No communication NOTHING!! i am really angry and Disgusted about the lies and empty promises Medsheme is giving me, Momentum TOOK OVER AND THEY TELLING ME THAT THEY DONT HAVE MY DETAILS, THEY KNOW NOTHING ABOUT ME, please REFUND MY MONEY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE
