Savings refund

The service and levels of professionalism at Nedgroup medscheme is of an absolute world class level and I am honored to have been apart of that organization. I left Nedgroup in 2019 because I switched employers and had to join a new medical aid scheme. But if it was up to me I would have stayed with them. After 2 years of me leaving I queried about my savings refund and in no time I've been assisted and treated as if I was still a customer with them. ?
