SASOLMED - Pathetic, unacceptable, shocking service
Need authorization for a operation regarding elbow for tomorrow morning, Sasolmed has received all relevant documentation from surgeon, spoken to 8 different people, calls are dropped, absolutely pathetic service, unable to get any feedback, no authorization, sitting in extreme pain, medical aid could not care less - shocking, unprofessional, glad it's not a life or death situation because it would probably end badly - doubt they will even respond to this message
