Sasolmed is completely useless!!

I am really disappointed with Sasolmed and their service. I recently found out that I have a serious problem with my jaw so I app**** for pre approval for orthodontic treatment. My request was denied as I am older then 21. This issue was never noticed until recently and I could only now try and fix this issue, not before I was 21. I also sent a few motivation letters but Sasolmed doesn't even want to help me pay some of it, and it's quite a lot of money. And on top of all this I had to wait weeks before I had to call them just to hear from them how far they are with my application.

So I dont even know why I have medical aid if they dont want to help me rather then leaving me to sit with daily pain and discomfort. I just wish I could go to a different medical aid. Absolutely useless!!!
