Sasolmed administrated by Momentum

Momentum administrators of Sasolmed, recently took over from Medscheme as of the 1st of January 2021. Ever since this happened, problems on problems etc. at least for me and a few colleagues, they claim all our medical history was shared by the previous administrator which I understand but when you inform them that the information is wrong and you are suffering as a result of this, they give you answers that you don't want, I first made an appointment in February to go and see my normal GP, they called me later that day to tell me according to the medical aid, I don't have benefits, what a shock. Upon investigation my normal GP was listed as someone else, I have been trying to correct this for 4 months now, to make a long story short, I have been charged over a R1000.00 per month extra, deducted from my salary, not including my members portion, I have spent large amounts of airtime calling, petrol for visiting their walk in center, the tax year has ended with my problem in the middle, there will be a tax implication, my budget has been cut short with a R1000 + every month. The situation is unacceptable. I have contacted Sasol HR department, they can't help me, Momentum call center, a lost cause, I think I will get more results by watching paint dry! Who ever reads this and tries to fix it must have a large amount of grit, what would you do if the roles were reversed?
