Sasol med services is very bad, Medscheme was the best

Since Sasol med changed from med scheme to momentum we have been paying huge amounts of short fall and co-payments, last year r1051 was deducted from my payslip for 3 months on the of my contribution to the medical aid, blood tests are not paid in full, the lady that is suppose to help which is written of all the screens to contact for assistance doesn't help at all, she is arrogant and always have excuses as to why the money is deducted, after the so called investigation last year she found that 998 was wrongly claimed then she couldn't return the money into my bank account instead she said the money will stay in my medical account an await for future shortfalls, which I didn't see it happening, now again its two months r1051 is being deducted and still will as the statement says balance is r1500 and the excuse I'm getting again as last year is i changed the Dr without informing the medical aid, last year i proved i did with the calls i made to the medical aid on the date of treatment .Every time you call Debbie Douglas she either feel you are attacking her or she will let you know when she comes to the site so she can explain and teach you how to read the statement, she is never of any assistance. i am not happy with Sasol med momentum
