RUDE CONSULTANTS IN THE CALL CENTRE WORST SERVICE EVER

NEDGROUP keeps annoying and ****ing me off this company is treating me unfairly and i am sick of it. firstly my medical aid was cancelled by the company i used to work for as i had resigned from my job due to medical issues they told me i owe them i acknowledged that and asked for banking details so I can start making payment but to my surprise I received a call from ITC instead telling me I have been handed over, how is a person handed over when I have never been sent banking details to make payment. Why is NEDGROUP as such a big company also such a big *****. Yesterday I called the NEDGROUP call centre to voice my concern the consultant that took my call hung up on me and never came back to me but I am expected to make payment how so when even your consultants hang up on clients before even sending banking details.
