rude consultant

<p>I am really disappointed by the lack of one of your staff member's lack of service delivery. I called in on Monday to query a couple of things I was not sure of when it comes to my chronic benefit got thru to Ravi he was so rude towards me kept on patronizing me. what happened to treating members with the outmost respect? all I can say is he couldn't care less. If I was ones of his family members will he be satisfied with the way he treated me? </p> <p> </p> <p>I need answers </p> <p>I have so many questions regarding my chronic benefit I need someone who knows the scheme benefits to call me back please. </p>
