REPORTING YOU TO THE CMS!! PATHETIC!!!

I wish I could give you 0 stars! In May our medical aid Changed over to your administration and since then it has been a complete and Utter mess! You are claiming you have no record of my son and my treatment. Last year my son was in ICU for 4 weeks, picu for 2 weeks and rehabilitation center for 6 weeks because he has Guillain-Barre..see I wish as your system put it doesn't exist because last year was HELL and we didn't live that nightmare BUT WE DID! My son was 6... His treatment now needs to stop because you keep denying all the applications even though all the reports and letters and everything has been sent to you! This is a PMB case and you are refusing treatment and no 1 can answer us... Then is is my issue, I was getting treated by a neurologist and my medication has been denied and visits been denied... So you guys are just out here waiting for what? Your call center is RUDE... So please tell me when do I report you to the CMS? Because I am tired... If I have a siezure and something happens to me because I can't get my meds ? My son doesn't recover properly ?
