Refusing to pay out claims with no valid reason

Absolutely terrible service. Submitted claims but was told they do not have my banking details. I had to COURIER my banking details with additional information but almost two weeks later my banking details are still not updated and my claims have still not been paid. When you call in you get long stories about how they are being updated. I think this is all a ploy to get out of not paying people's claims. Awful!!!! I will keep calling until the claims are paid out, unacceptable!!!
