Refund nightmare !!!!!

I have cancelled my medical aid over a year ago and received a letter recently stating that i have a refund due on my savings account i completed the relevant documents and emailed it to [Email Removed] received a return mail with a quory number 140115Q5LMYJ on the 14th of January i was told it takes 5 days for the refund .After no refund and communication from bonitas i called bacl last week i was told that it was escalated and the money will be in my account in 1 to 3 days still not there>>> How on earth doe it take more then a month to refund my money and instead of apologising and finding a solotion all i get is the run around by your call centre agents that sound like robots they dont even listen im still waiting for the team leader to call me back. Now i remember why i cancelled the medical aid in the first place because of your **** service can someone please sort it out if there is anyone in the company that cares!!!
