Refund

The service ive received has been nothing but frustrating and infuriating I terminated my medical aid with them in March of this year and I was due for my refund I called in beginning of September to do my due diligence and I was told payment will be done by end of September, and it has not been done I’ve called in and sent emails and I’m told payments are made after six months well it’s been six months and where is my money you know the amount owed to me and you’ve had ample time to process this so why has it not been done! This is the most inconvenient situation I have ever experienced in my life and what an inconsiderate company. I want my money today. It’s been six months you guys have no reason to not have processed it even when I spoke to one of your consultants yesterday he told me my payment was long over due so what’s the hold up?
