Promises but no feedbac****!!!!!!!!! Disgusting!!!!!!!!!!

I have been trying since early Jan 2018 to get Sasolmed to approve my bloodtests that was done for payment. Yesterday I called and spoke to Quan and he said he would call me back either yesterday afternoon or early today. It is now 12:32 and he has not called me. When I called to follow up I was informed he is on lunch and Gideon refused to put me through to his supervisor. I am disgusted with the fact that I pay my membership fee every month and get treated this way!!!! Is this the way to treat members?
