Poor Service putting a child's life at risk!

My husband was stopped after an incident that happened at the station he was based. We tried to keep the medical aid activated, we submitted all relevant documents to Medscheme and they confirmed receipt of all required docuements meaning our scheme will be re-activated. My child fell ill on Monday night and we had no choice but to rush her to the closest hospital which is the St Georges Hospital in Port Elizabeth only to find out our scheme was not activated, we then took her to the closest government hospital but they were only willing to treat her for period pains which was not period pains. We had to rush back to St Georges and had to pay to have her admitted and be attended to by doctors. On Tuesday morning we made contact with Medscheme and they claimed that they never received the documents and we will need to resubmit. At this point we are running a c.o.d account with the hospital, the doctors need to have tests done on her but they cant proceed or give her any other treatment as there is no funds to pay. My child is laying in pain in hospital and there is nothing more I can do. As at this morning the scheme is still not activated. I dont know where to go anymore!!!!
