Poor service - No maternity plan out as yet

Ever since Medscheme took over the Polmed administration the service has been pathetic. My wife is 5 months pregnant and was previously on the maternity programme with Metropolitan Administration. I was told y Medscheme that they will enroll her on the maternity programme has the process has changed and a claim with the ICD code must be submitted in order for this to happen. I have submitted the claim from the gynecologist to Medscheme 2 weeks ago, after calling over 8 to 10 times only to be told that the maternity plan is not yet out so they cant enroll he on this as yet. This service is an embarrassment and unetihical.
