POOR ADMINISTATOR
Good day <br> <br> We are a group practice submitting claims to medscheme who is the administrator to various medical aids. We employee new the******s and the BHF updates all medical aids. Medscheme received all the info. We have claims from 2014 which rejected, for the reason \practioner does not exist"\"" Not a valid practice number\""??<br> <br> All other medical aids pays us? <br> <br> We did speak to medscheme more than once regarding this"
