PMB ACCOUNT NOT PAID IN FULL

On 29/04/2018 and 26/09/2018 I was admitted to hospital for an embolism/thrombosis.Both times I was admitted via the emergency dept of the hospital and the specialist on call treated me.Due to the blood clot moving towards vital organs treatment commence immeadiatley.I did not have the time to phone around to find a dr who charges scheme rates as this was deemed an emergency situation.I had to pay R5588.32 out of my own pocket as the Dr charged private rates.This was a pmb diagnoses(I82.8) and since then I have been trying to get the accounts processed as PMB.I submitted documents/results of scans ect but no response.
