PATHETIC SERVICE/NON SERVICE FROM MEDSCHEME/HOSMED

I have an unpaid hospital bill of over fifty thousand rands from February this year. I have contacted hosmed hospital claims department on numerous occasions. Every time I called the excuse they are aware of the problem and the hospital has been made aware of same.long story short the bill still has not been paid and the account has been handed over to attorney's. I have been severely affected by this as i have a serious medical condition which requires hospitalisation and could not be treated due to this nonsense. Consultants dont know whats going on dont call back either. This is really frustrating and still nothing has been resolved.
