PATHETIC SERVICE

Worst mistake I made in my entire life moving my son to Bonitas medical aid. On the 23rd May 2025 I Spoke to Luqman he advised he will be sorting everything out with the waiting period and the chronic medication to date I have not received a call back from him, I sent an email on the 11th June and he never got back to me. On Sunday the 22nd June I brought my son in with seizure and bleeding from the right ear. 1st I was refused admission and was told I had to pay R30k or go to the government hospital. I called the medical aid on the 23rd got the authorization, I advised when I called a CT scan is required. Today the radiology dept called me to advised the medical aid still has a pending status and the scan cannot be done, Like what the hell..... Im so annoyed and ****ed its not even funny...
