Not even their client liaison replies to emails

One more update on my horrible year with medscheme. So about three weeks ago a Client liaison Preshan Singh from medscheme came to see me about the mess they've put me through. Well no idea what that helped as there are still 17 invoices unpaid to me. I sent him an email last week Thursday and I dont even get the courtasy of a reply. Never mind all the other things told to me about how it will be handled and they will look into what can be done for me as they now see what mess they've put me through. Guess its just one more lie in this messed up year I've had with medscheme.
