Non Issuing of UI 19 Form/s
Went to dept of labour to apply for the UIF since the contract is ending with the current company. The person who assisted me told me that I must get UI19 also from Medscheme as it shows on the records that I was contributing for UIF whilst I was still with them.<br> I did what I was told by the dept of labour but Medscheme's payroll dept is giving me a run around/refusing. By doing so they are also depriving me the chance of processing the current UIF claim
