No feedback regarding Savings refund.

I'm writing this review, but I know that Bonitas cares less about reviews. Why would you care about a bad review anyway when you don't care about people?

I was informed that my savings refund will be pain in May, we're now at the end of May. No communication, no single response to emails sent in. It's a pity that one has to chase after a company that is failing at doing what it's required to do.

Please advise when the refund will be done.
