No Feedback/Poor Service/Poor Administration

<p>I have an unpaid account that is from 2014 when my son was born. It is with a Paediatrician that saw to him in NICU, at the time when he was born i saw that Medscheme did not pay him and followed up the matter. The code for not paying was no referral to specialist but after following it up new born did not need referrals to the age of 1 year and thought that the matter had been settled.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have received a letter this year for the outstanding amount and have sent a mail to Medscheme on the Mon 2016/08/22 08:29 AM and later again Mon 2016/08/22 08:29 AM to address the matter. I have not received any feedback on the matter only this in my monthly statement 12/08/2014 02 NOAH LEVI ARON VRG ********** 644 STALE.</p> <p> </p>
