No Cover

Does the incompetence of Hosmed know no bounds ?? After struggling for weeks to get you to re-instate our memebership after the 1st January, I now cannot get my medicines at the pharmacy because apparently we are not covered. I called over a week ago and was assured that the problem was fixed but this Friday I went back to the pharmacy and once again couldn’t get medicine because I am still not covered !! Since the beginning of this year we have had to pay around R800 for doctors visits and medicine because of your incompetence in our cover
