No compassion for Chronic Cancer victims

My 69year old mother, Carol Francis Henry app**** via her doctor and individually for an authorisation code in order to under go an urgent procedure in hospital. The doctor stressed due to the chronis cancer spread on the bladder they cannot wait longer than a week to remove her bladder. It is 3 weeks of constant phoning from my mother and the doctors and still no authorisation code! This is life threatening and the attitude is, \ well, you need to wait as you are in a big pile of others also waiting!\"<br> Completely unacceptable that a woman facing a very real possibility of death, has to fight for a number to get into hospital and still has to be stressed with the time issue. She doesn't have time on her side! The longer she waits, the further the cancer spreads!!! I am appalled by Nedcor Medical and their shocking attitude and way of treating their members!! "
