Nedgroup

I am unemployed and retired from Nedbank and have since November 2001 been on the Nedgroup Medical Scheme. June my Medical aid was suspended due to debit order returned. Thats okay i never used the medical aid. On 28/06 and on 01/07 i sent a forwarding email to Natalie Van Zyl asking if the premium for July can be waived. No reponse up until now. I see my bank account has been double debited last night. Why do i have to pay for a srrvice not rendered in June? I need my Chronic medication yet my request is ignored When my medical why was i not advised that the steps to take will be as follows or indicate what will happen the folliwing month. Now i sit with two debits. Can someone responsible other than Natalie van Zyl help me and reverse the June arrears payment. This is highway *******. Medical aid # ***
