If you do not claim from your Medical Aid and all payments are received on time you can claim for a No Claim, Low Claim Bonus.<br> <br> I claimed for this in February 2015, the pay out process starts in July. i have phoned them over 22 times asking for this claim to be processed. Every time i phone them they promise me it will be ready soon.<br> <br> I even wrote a letter to the manager Lungile asking for her to rectify this as i have had no problems in the past 4 years claiming this.<br> <br> Today after i phone them they say they cannot payout the claim because the time for payouts is over now. this claim cannot be carried over onto the next year and i have lost over E 10,000.00 because they cannot process payments out in time.<br> <br> This is a sinister act played out by Medscheme on its customers with a side order of shoddy administration, i recommend you never EVER sign up with and Medscheme related company.
