Is bullying me into paying for something that is their fault together with the employer. I'll not be made to pay for services that I was not allowed to utilize,worse when I had asked Gems to make arrangements that would, at least benefit both of us. Now that I have written to 'Hello Peter" they are now engaging. Even that engagement is favouring them. Why must I donate my hard earned money to Gems, people who have shown no consideration for my health and situation that was caused by employer and also last year's benefits have already elapsed(worse I was not allowed to access) and I no longer qualify for them because it's the new year.....so why am I paying for last year contributions? In fact I begged,pleaded with them to do what is/was right but no! they were not having it.... because I am black they thought I am stupid I don't deserve the appropriate treatment. Even this arrangement is still discriminating. Even this year Gems was adamant that they cannot reinstate my medical aid and I have proof of their correspondence which constitutes to abuse. In other words it means whatever they had said before was not the policy it was their ruthlessness because if it was the policy they wouldn't have gone back on their words after I had written to "Hello Peter".

Here is what I may settle for:

1.RE INSTATE THE PREVIOUS MEDICAL AID EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY OR 01 APRIL 2023 OR

2. PROCESS THE NEW APPLICATION THAT I HAD ALREADY SUBMITTED 2 MONTHS AGO, ALSO TO BE EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY OR 01 APRIL 2023 WITH NO WAITING AS THE DELAY IS NOT ON MY SIDE
