Medscheme terrible administrator of medical aids

Ever since Medscheme took over the administration of Polmed there have been chaos and disorganization.<br> <br> I have submitted the necessary continuation of membership of my beneficiary now several times and completed all documentation ,but still my beneficiary shows as terminated. Please contact me to resolve this issue as you are only causing your members stress.
