Medscheme mismanges cancer claims, queries closed without any action
Patient was diagnosed with cancer in April this year - has since spread to lymph nodes, prognoses not good. Medscheme has been informed of several claims rejecting incorrectly due incorrect authorisations and blatant mismangement of his claims however fails to respond. Several queries logged that are simply closed without any action. Asking for Sanra Lotz to respond, fruitless. PMB condition, reported to Council of Medical scheme, still no response.
