Medscheme does not know how to keep records
Of all the medical aid companies I had to deal with this one is the worst. The level of customer service is pathetic. Nobody can help you when you call. I requested a membership certificate which they provided with inaccurate information. I will be laying a formal complaint at the CMS to report their lack of record keeping.
