Medscheme denies providers with network contracting

So I have been trying by all means to get contracted as one of the preferred providers for medscheme medical aid patients. But it seems medscheme has joined into GEMs's ************** amongst providers. Since I sent my emails and calling in countless times, the only thing I received over a month ago is a quiry number and nothing happened. Can someone explain to us why are we being treated like this as providers as we are the ones saving patient's lives? The very same patients who's lives are supposed to be a priority to the medical schemes. Please help us understand why medscheme does not want to add us on the network to get full payment of the services we render to our patients.
