Medscheme and Sanlams refusal to pay me.

Today is officially 3 weeks since I resigned from Medscheme, well while I was serving my notice I enquired from my team leaders Ronelle Singh and Charmaine Mlangeni what I needed in order to avoid not getting my benefits on time or the delay thereof. Ronelle who is my team leader was unfortunately on leave and everytime I would talk to anyone,I be would referred to Human Capital, particularly Lebogang Mahlape whom I couldn't reach anywhere, I tried calling her, I sent her emails and received no response, on my official last day I took it upon me to then go onto the Sanlam website and try to get the requirements myself since my team leaders and HR did not seem willing, I got the forms, mind you there are a lot of forms on that website so I literally had to guess which one is required and I filled it in and sent it to Lebogang Mahlape and also to Sanlam together with my bank details, ID copy and my resignation letter and it was until about a week and a half later when Lebogang Mahlape eventually responded to my emails, and guess what the form I had sent was not the correct one, it was missing the declaration page and she only knew this upon receiving an email from Milliscent Molefe saying that there was missing information on the forms they had received as there was no where for them to sign. I immediately got the correct form again from the Sanlam website and since Milliscent Molefe had CC'd people on her email I responded to all with the corrected form and that's when everything started going south, from this point I had spoken to Lebogang Mahlape, Milliscent Molefe and Priscilla Rampa and they were all conveniently not responding to any of my emails nor taking my calls, I literally sent an email everyday enquiring and received nothing back, I called and no call backs, fast-forward to yesterday when I eventually got a hold of Priscilla Rampa who assured me that Medscheme had submitted my termination pack to Sanlam on the 11th of January 2022, however Milliscent Molefe sent an email on the 13th saying she had submitted the forms to Sanlam and if I hadn't received my funds then it was Sanlams fault, I then again took it upon me to try and contact Sanlam myself since no one at Medscheme seemed to even pretend to care about assisting me with this process, I called and called and Sanlam was unreachable, until today, this morning of the 18th of January 2022, when my heart shrunk when the consultant at Sanlam notified me that Medscheme had submitted the form that they told me was incorrect therefore Sanlam is not able to process my withdrawal due to this error. Now this is wrong on so many levels, 1. The lack of response from Medscheme, 2. The incompetence from both Medscheme and Sanlam, I say Sanlam because im assuming they didn't get back to Medscheme to tell them that the forms where incorrect and Medscheme for sending incorrect forms and not even checking the forms they were sending/sent to correct and now again, like every other time, no one even has the decency to respond to my emails. I am so disappointed, a huge company like Medscheme that's under the Afrocentric health and has floors upon floors of their code of conduct on the walls, the employees seem to living up to anything but their code of conduct. Now as one person that resigned solely because I was not happy as an employee, not because I was starting another job, I am left without a salary and without my money which without fail was deducted from my salary, now im spending out of my pocket, trying to fix a mess Medscheme created. I have spent thousands on my cellphone between calling Medscheme and Sanlam. And both these companies, no one had the decency to give me one call upon the realization that things weren't done correctly. Medscheme : the employer of choice, oh please. Fix this error.
