I refer to my previous complaint. I am not entirely satisfied with the monthly premium adjustment. His can I fall in the income bracket of R6000 yet only earn R1780. I would have been happy if the premium was reduced by about R250pm It doesn't make common sense that Medscheme places me in bracket higher than my earnings. They refuse to adjust my premium retrospective of March 2018. They claim I owe R828. One of two things they write of the R828 or reduce the monthly premium to an acceptable level. T
