Medscheme

My previous complaint referred to premium reductions for senior citizens of which I submitted an affidavit to confirm my monthly earnings of R1780. Government pension social grant. However my premium was adjusted from R988 to R802 pm. A mere reduction of R187pm. On my query in what income bracket I am to fall now, the response is the Trustees set the premium adjustments. They not living with me so how can they determine my life,? Secondly I have asked that the adjustment of the premium be retrospective from March 2018 of which date I accept as me being reassess by SASSA. I was told they cannot do such an adjustment. What planet are we living on? Medscheme is very clued up but when senior citizens who build this country for their benefit keeps on be manipulated than I pray thr Lord give them wisdom. I would like the above to be entertained in an amicable manner. Folks this is no joke.!!!!
