Medical aid administration FAIL!!!!!!!!!

<p>My partner submitted bonitas addition of dependant forms to your HR consultant Itumeleng over a week ago and to date nothing has been processed. All he has to do is stamp the piece of paper then forward it to the broker for processing. It's taking over a week to do just that. The irony is you are supposed to be a medical aid administrator and yet you can't do such simple admin!!!!</p> <p>What is frustrating is that you force your employees to be on your medical aid but you give them such a tough time when they need to add their dependants. <br />Absolutely disgusting.</p> <p>Can you please see to it that the application is processed.</p> <p>Thank you.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
