Lack of communication

I am extremely disappointed by the lack of communication regarding my PMB review query with Medscheme.

In February 2026, I submitted a PMB review request relating to a hospital admission and a cervical lymph node biopsy. I was subsequently requested to provide supporting medical documentation, including imaging and biopsy reports.

I obtained and submitted all the requested documents in March 2026. Since then, I have made numerous follow-up enquiries via email and telephone to obtain an update on the status of the review.

Despite my efforts, I have not received any outcome, meaningful feedback, or indication of when the review will be finalised.

This matter relates to a significant medical shortfall, and I have done everything requested of me to facilitate the review process. I am not seeking special treatment; I am simply requesting communication, an update on my query, and a reasonable turnaround time.
