INCORRECT DEBIT ORDER CHAOS

I am a member of polmed with polmed no ***1.Since jan 2016 i have had incorrect amounts taken from my bank account.I am medically retired and am paying R882 per month.Amounts deducted ranges from R2700 to the last debit order of R5470.<br> <br> Can someone please assist and sort out the mess and tell me:<br> 1)What is the amount that i am suppose to pay?<br> 2)Do i owe polmed any money and is my membership fees up to date<br> 3)What is the amount that will go off at the end of april via debit order?<br> 4)I am still waiting for my new polmed membership card. <br> <br> Please assist me as i am getting different feedback from your call centre.<br> Contact no:***<br> <br> Thank you<br> Mr S Bovey
