Incorrect Billing and statement

<p>I owed Medscheme R907.21 , I made payments in 3 installments and I have proof of payments to prove same .</p> <p> I received an SmS on the 23/06/2016 stating that I have been</p> <p>Handed over to ITC-BA by Old Mutual staff Medical Aid , stating I owed them R327.73 I was surprised and I contacted them and they advised that I owe them , tried contacting Medscheme with no luck , my ref number is ********** 2325</p> <p>Tried contacting the lady by the name of Nonhlanhla Ditsoane with no luck.</p> <p>I don't understand how they are able to send me SmS's to say I owe them, when I don't and I can't seem to get hold of them to explain the amount to me.</p> <p>I have been trying to call for over a week now.</p> <p> </p>
