Honestly I feel like the consultants here are useless. I don't know if they hate their job or they never went to training. A month ago I went to one of your walk ins, to get hospital authorization, one of your consultants helped me, and she said she requested it, only to find it out few days later she never requested it, I had to call bonitas to request it. Last week I went to the same consultant again to submit my claim, today when I called bonitas to ask if they have received my claim they said they never received it. Second time happening, same mistakes.

Whats the point of having walking ins with staff that they don't know their work.
